Return & Refund Policy
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color ordered). However, we do accept returns or replacements in the following cases:
Eligible Return Reasons:
- The product is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
- There was a printing error
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at descentmtbshop@gmail.com and include:
- A brief description of the issue
- A photo of the item showing the defect
- Your order number
Return Address:
Returns must be sent to the Printful return address. This varies depending on your region and the product. We will provide the correct return address upon approval of your return request.
Refunds:
Approved refund requests will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
